John-Paul Madden, Esquire, is a Partner with the firm. Mr. Madden is a graduate of Princeton University (B.A. 1992) and the Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (J.D. 1998 cum laude) where he was a member of the Temple University Law Review. Mr. Madden was admitted to the Bar of the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1998. He also is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Throughout the course of his career, Mr. Madden has been engaged in the area of civil defense litigation in both the trial and appellate levels. He has experience representing clients in a variety of contexts, including consumer fraud, professional negligence, employment, civil rights, commercial, insurance and construction. He further has experience with commercial real estate litigation, commercial development and commercial and residential real estate transaction matters.
Mr. Madden resides in Haddon Heights, New Jersey with his wife Stephanie and their children Caroline, Fiona and Henry.
