Timothy Bieg is an Associate with the firm. Mr. Bieg graduated from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania in 2001, with a bachelor's degree in Business and Economics and earned his law degree in 2005 from the Rutgers School of Law, Camden. He has been admitted to the Bars of the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since 2005, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey since 2006, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit since 2007.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bieg served as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Marc M. Baldwin of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Burlington County.
Mr. Bieg has concentrated his practice in civil litigation involving commercial, construction, civil rights and employment claims. He has extensive experience in defending public entities against various types of claims.
Mr. Bieg resides in Haddon Heights, New Jersey with his wife Kathryn, and their children Seamus and Theresa ("Tess"). He was elected to the Camden Catholic High School Hall of Fame in 2009.
